Plaintiff NEW U LIFE (°NUL”) is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California and headquartered in Contra Costa County, State of California. NUL is a multi-level marketing (“MLM”) company that sells, via its distribution partners, various nutritional supplements. 2. Plaintiff ALEXY GOLDSTEIN (“GOLDSTEIN’) is an individual resident of Contra Costa County, State of California. GOLDSTEIN is the founder, CEO, and majority shareholder of NUL. 3. Plaintiffs are informed and believe and thereon allege that Defendant Georgia Hargett, also known as Georgia Balsley, (“HARGETT”) is an individual resident of the State of Michigan. JURISDICTION 4.
