All,

Attached is the information pack for those deploying to Afghanistan, this is to passed to those
who will deploy. Actual deployment instructions will be passed prior to departing. All those
deploying are to read and understand, there is no excuse that they had not been informed, the
most important points are listed below:
1. NO ELECTRONICS to be taken into Country, (phones,laptops, Ipads, mp players, Kindles,
thumb drives, Hard Drives) Any electronic item that can store data. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. All documents are to be carried into country, medical documents are to be in a sealed
envelope, leaving documents at home will not be excepted as they are needed in country to
process for badging. Do not put documents in hold luggage, place in hand carry.
3. Ensure to have at least 10 x LOA's.
4. When carrying medicines into Country the following is only acceptable:
a. If medicines are prescribed drugs they are to be supported with a prescription from their
doctor, with English translation, medicine is to be sealed in unopened packets/bottles.
b. Over the counter medicines and or Vitamin supplements will only be acceptable if the
packets/bottles are factory sealed.
Please point out the above to all those deploying, there will be no excuses, please remind them
on arrival at Bagram they will be briefed by the US Mil where they do have a chance to dispose
of illegal items prior to being searched, EVERYONE will be searched, those who are found after
being searched will be detained and items will be confiscated before being handed over to an
GardaWorld rep, in the event of an individual being removed from contract, the individual will
be sent home.

Afganistan. Instrucțiunile actuale de implementare vor fi transmise înainte
de plecare. Toți cei care se deplasează trebuie să citească şi să înţeleagă;
nu există nicio scuză că nu au fost informați, iar cele mai importante puncte
fiind enumerate mai jos:

1. FĂRĂ DISPOZITIVE ELECTRONICE (telefoane, laptop-uri, iPad, mp playere,

Kindles, unități de stocare, unități hard disk). Orice element electronic
care poate stoca date. FARA EXCEPTII.

2. Toate documentele trebuie să fie la purtător, documentele medicale trebuie

să fie într-un plic sigilat, lăsatul documentelor la domiciliu nu va fi
acceptat, deoarece acestea sunt necesare în țara respectivă. Nu puneți
documente în bagajele de cală, puneți-le în bagajul de mână.

3. Asigurați-vă că aveți cel puțin 10 x scrisori de acceptare.

4. În cazul în care transportaţi medicamente, următoarele sunt acceptabile:

a. Dacă medicamentele sunt medicamente prescrise, acestea trebuie să fie
însoţite de reţetă, cu traducere în limba engleză, medicamentul trebuie să
fie sigilat în pachete / sticle nedeschise.
b. medicamentele și / sau suplimentele cu vitamine vor fi acceptate numai
dacă pachetele / sticlele sunt sigilate din fabrică.

Vă rugăm să atrageți atenția asupra celor de mai sus menţionate, nu vor

exista scuze, vă rugăm să le reamintiți la sosirea la Bagram că vor fi
informați de US Mil unde vor avea șansa de a scăpa de obiectele ilegale
înainte de a fi căutate, iar cei care sunt găsiți cu asemenea obiecte, după
ce au fost percheziționați vor fi reținuți iar obiectele vor fi confiscate
înainte de a fi predate unui reprezentant al GardaWorld. În cazul în care un
individ va fi eliminat din contract, individul va fi trimis acasă.
