Heights, Quezon City, represented by its Vice President for Business Development –
EMMANUEL FLORENDO, JR., hereinafter referred to as “PHILPROPERTIES”.

primarily seen in social media as EXTRA RICE TV and HEYBERTY SHOW.

NOW, therefore, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, IDS and
PHILPROPERTIES hereby agree on and stipulate the following:
1. That IDS and PHILPROPERTIES will be engaging an “X Deal Transaction”,
commonly understood as a collaboration for an exchange of company goods and/or
services.

2. That such Transaction will allow the representatives of IDS, to be determined by IDS,
to ride, utilize, or otherwise experience ALL rides and attractions of the (name of the
carnival park) for two days, particularly from _____ to ________. The following are
the aforementioned representatives:

3. That in exchange thereof, IDS will be providing PHILPROPERTIES THREE (3)
videos featuring (name of carnival park) : TWO (2) of which will be featured in
EXTRARICETV, and ONE (1) in the HEYBERTY SHOW.

or at least how many representatives. It doesn’t look good
in a contract if one party has too much say/power in the
contract or at least hindi sila aware. Baka hindi pumayag
yang Philproperties kasi what if sobrang dami niyo pala
diba? Para din maganda tingnan yung contract na in good
faith kayo na hindi kayo sketchy haha 😊
I would suggest na specify niyo nalang kung sino and ano
yung purpose nila/niya .

a. Juan Dela Cruz as the cameraman , whose duty involves

4. That such videos will be the exclusive property of IDS, and all rights relating to such
but if you disagree, it’s okay din naman. Hindi naman big
videos, including rights to upload it on any media platform, will be owned by the said
deal 😊
