 Instructions:
1. Modified Last date of Entry for
• Football - 22nd October 2010 before 5:00 p m
• Volleyball (Girls) – 24th October 2010 before 5:00 p m
• Athletics – Postponed at present & date for detail entry will be announced later.
• Remaining games -27th October 2010 before 5:00 p m

2. Detailed entry shall be sent in the Performa attached herewith to the email address of respective organizing secretary of
game.
3. Detailed entry Performa duly signed by the DPE/Sports In Charge & Principal of the institute in duplicate to be produced at
the time of the tournament.
4. Each institute must have their own dress code for particular game, but white dress is compulsory for the cricket. Cricket will
be played with season ball. Each institute have to bring their own kit for cricket, badminton, tennis & table tennis.
5. TA DA of players/coach/manager will be borne by the participating institute.
6. Following documents are compulsorily required at the time of tournament as per AIU rules
• I-card of the player
• Latest fee receipt (Photocopy)
• 12th Marksheet / Diploma marksheet (Photocopy)
• School leaving certificate (Photocopy)
• Marksheet of last exam passed (Photocopy)
