Jeena Sirf Merre Liye (English: Live Only For Me) is a 2002 Indian Hindi romantic film starring Tusshar
and Kareena Kapoor in the lead roles. This movie was made in India. Hence, its language is Hindi.
Pinky/Pinky Malhotra (Kareena Kapoor) and Karan (Tusshar Kapoor) are childhood
sweethearts. During this time they exchange vows that they will live for each other only.
They get separated after Pinky's father (Vijayendra Ghatge), a tycoon, goes back to the city, but
they did not forget their vows. Karan gets adopted by a man also from the city. Pinky's father
sends her to his brother's house out of the country. Time passes and the two live with each other's
memories. Pinky frantically searches for her sweetheart, but to no avail. Puja hears her watch
(one she gave Karan before they parted) in many places but is unable to realize that Karan is the
one. She writes out her childhood story to find Karan and comes across Seema (Mallika
Sherawat). Seema comes across Karan and believes him to be her boyfriend. Puja later realizes
that Karan is her childhood love, through Seema. Seema goes to tell Karan. As he's going to find
Puja he gets a call from his dad that his sister's wedding has been canceled. The reason was
Puja's father; he didn't approve of Puja and Karan. Puja finds out about this and marries Karan in
front of her father. He shoots Karan who survives. In the end they live happily ever after.[2]
I recommend that this movie should be seen ,mainly by the males ,to understand what true love really
means. Men these days abuse their wives and treat them ill-mannerly. Also, one should know that Love
is a very good medicine, so to speak; it will cure most of one's problems. When times are hard and one has to
really look at how bad one's life is, just having someone to love in the most unconditional way will cure all
troubles. I would like to say that no students should be involved in a relationship (boyfriend-girlfriend)
because it can hampers with theirs exam results. They should show love to their families, elders and books.
