The Department uses Multiple Task Award Bullying Prevention Social Emotional Learning Contracts (MTAC) to give schools choice and Substance Abuse & Problem Gambling & Behavior Management flexibility in selecting vendors for the services Intervention Promoting Respect for Diversity they need. When a school has a need for a Internet Safety Facilitation Skills and/or Services/Team Building specific service, the school uses the associated School Attendance Improvement Integrated Services Program tool to send MTAC proposal request e-mails to a Family Support Services Restorative Approaches/Use of Positive, Progressive number of vendors. Vendors submit a proposal Tutoring/Homework Assistance Discipline Study/Test/Taking Skills School Culture & Climate/Approach to Establishing according to the criteria detailed in the MTAC. Academic Skills Enhancement and Sustaining a Positive School Culture & Climate The school/ requestor then evaluates the Thematic Projects proposals based on which vendor's request offers Family Literacy R1179 – Professional Development for School Leaders & the "best value." Low Incidence Disabilities Effectiveness Listed vendors have DOE contracts, so Bilingual Special Education there’s quick access to services.
