the services needed for rebuilding the community.
1. No money is redistributed until we reach our target goal of 480 million
2. All member must agree too signing a contract on how the trust will be impleme
nted to all the members
3. Core objectives are to ensure the elimination of poverty, re education, and h
ealth improvements. Also the establishment of a trust for all members of the Afr
ican American Holocaust diaspora.
4. We are here to form an economic ark that will address the basic of living sta
ndards and ensure the unity of our fragmented family here and abroad. We are goi
ng to eliminate the entire Willie lynch mentality by addressing our aliments tog
ether in a unified, disciplined and ordered fashion.
5. This will not be based on any religion, ideology, or group. This will be base
d on attacking poverty and eliminating the issue of poverty for our community.
6. This will be all inclusive. Those who has histories of violence and other atr
ocities will have to complete mental counseling, up release from treatment will
then be admitted into the .99 cent millionaire system. If they cannot complete o
r refuse mental evaluation and treatment their portion will go to family or back
into the trust for the community.
7. All have to provide a social security number, several forms of contact, compl
ete ancestry search to confirm they are descendants of the American slave trade.
this ensures that they system helps those who have been effected by the Holocau
st are given help they need.
8. Seek and utilize African American companies to help with home-ownership, car
ownership, health and mental services, home inspection and new home building. Re
education agendas as well as establishing new businesses in and around our comm
unity.
9. Create jobs to verify and monitor each aspect of the program.

11. All monies are never to be in the actual hands of the participants. Instead
the participant would supply completion of set agenda and upon verification the
money would go directly too the retailer and the participants trust will be subt

participant. The remaining 440 million is left in trust forever to cover the exp
enses of the system.
13. All children will have money put into a special family trust that is not acc
essible until the child is 21 years old and meets determined obligations to acqu
