Background of the Study

With changing times, the mobile technology has change a lot and last few years we
have seen the arrival of new kinds of gadgets in the form of android and tablet phones. In a
present day device is almost everything it is fashionable, innovative and high performing
gadget it can be used for a various purposes like mobile messaging and accessing all popular
social networking sites like YouTube, Google and more.

With the risk of mobile phone application so called ‘Apps’ people today are more
talking on the go. This is one thing that mobile phones technology enhancement to allows
developer and programmer to offer users just what they seek under their preferred area of
interest.
This research is based on development using a friendly user android application called
Tourist Spot Destination this is one of such tourist guide application that design and
distinguish information for local and international tourism. Tourist Spot destination is to
determine the most frequently visited tourist attraction in Sultan Kudarat province.
Destination will guide the tourism for different places of the Entire of Sultan Kudarat.

Statement of the Problem

This study entitled of Tourist Spot Destination as a guide of all tourism people to visit
the tourist places at Sultan Kudarat Province.
This study aimed:
 To determine the most frequently visited tourist spot at Sultan Kudarat.

 To determine the extent and Destination of Tourist spot.

 To determine the different tourist spot attraction in Sultan Kudarat.

 To determine the common problems that hinder tourism growth in Tourist spot
Places.

Project Objectives

• To promote responsible and community-based tourism so that locals can enjoy

increased socio-economic benefits and improved environment.
• To develop tourism with dignity, respect and nurture local cultures so that they
enrich the tourism experience and build pride and confidence among local
communities.
Project Scope/Constraint
This Project accommodates to examine the status of Sultan Kudarat Province in the
context of tourism and development.
It will analysis the present constraints that may obstruct or obstruct the progress of the
tourism, and conclusively, discuss the prospect of Sultan Kudarat as a tourist destination in
benefiting the economy and society, and in advancing the sustainability of the cultural
heritage of related places.
Define shortly the scope for the implementation proposal in terms of:
 Which parts of a application are covered and which are not.
 The type of functionality or characteristics covered and not covered.
 The intended level of implementation detail provided.

Feasibility Assessment
Feasibility Assessment is one of the important things in developing tourist destination
and attractions, with the proper study will minimize the negative impacts to the tourism
people.

Team Configuration and Management
We Aniscal Rosanie Troy and Leonelyn Lecita as the Analyst of this Application we
provide an easily way in terms of tourism application at the beginning of the following:

Developer
 An Analyst who studies or analyzes to know what Application should be
implemented that will be helpful to the tourism people.
Programmer
 A person who prepares and tests programs for devices
Mobile User
 Is a person who used the application to distinguish the features of its
functions

Introduction/Background
Tourism is becoming increasingly competitive. Today countries, states and regions
compete with each other to create a superior tourist experience that can increase inflows of
national and local province. A key factor in this effort is to create a large resource base of
Tourist Places. Although there are several institutional mechanisms available for training
Tour Guides, aspirants desirous of entering the profession have for long felt the need to
possess a comprehensive moment that can enhance their Experience.

Scope of work
The Scope of work for Android Tourist Spot Destination of Sultan Kudarat includes
planning, Execution and Implementation. The Approval of Sultan Kudarat must especially
need to successfully implement the said application. The end user is allowed to test the
Application if there is any mistakes its function.
The Application is designed solely for the tourism people of Sultan Kudarat for their
convenience regarding in finding a tourist spot.

Period of Performance
Period of Performance in developing a Tourist Spot Application Using Android
Phone is almost one year and three months beginning on September 30, 2017 Through
January 30, 2019 change in date may be requested on the management and end-user.

Place of Performance
The developer and the Analyst of Tourist Spot Application for mobile Android Phone
will be required to update for the consultation if there something Changes or Updated
Function regarding to the said application.

Work Requirements
As a part of developing of tourist Spot Application the Analyst must be responsible
performing tasks throughout the various stages of the project. Here is the list these tasks
needed to perform that will result in the successful completion of the project.

Kickoff:
 The Analyst will create the project plan, testing plan, implementation plan and
training plan.
 The Analyst will present the project plan to the Sultan kudarat for the
Consultation and approval.
Designed Phase:
 Work with the official of Sultan Kudarat Tourist spot to gather information
and requirement that will be needed to establish the Application.
 Create the application designed base on Suggestion and information collected
from the tourism people.
 Develop the application designed for the review and approval.
 Present status every weekly meeting.
Build Phases:
 Analyst will complete all documentary form to approved application
designed.
 The analyst will provide a detailed status about his proposal project.
 The analyst will include all good suggestion from the collected idea of
tourism people.
 The analyst will resolved the any problem and suggestion to the sites issues
identified in testing the said application.
 The analyst will compile a testing report to present the application for the
consultation or approval.

Implementation Phases:
 Analyst will implement the final designed application of Tourist spot
destination of Sultan kudarat area.
 The analyst should be determining that there is an option to help the tourism
about the functional phases of the said application.
 The developers are required to monitor and update about the situation of
tourist places that will confirm about the tourist spot and the developed
application that there is not any compatible.
Project Handoff Closure
 Developers will provide document regarding to the proposal project plan.
 Developers will present project report to office of Sultan kudarat for
consultation and approval.
 Developers will complete the requirement checklist.
 Developers will require to giving support until the final day of period of
performance.

Acceptance Criteria
For the online Tourist Spot Application Using android phone of the tourism people
the acceptance of all desirable will reside with the Analyst ensure the completeness of each
stage of the project and the scope of work has been met. Once the project phases are already
completed the developers provide their report or presentation for the consultation and
approval to the project.

Upon the completion of the development of Android Tourist Spot Destination using
mobile phone, it will be implemented in the office of Sultan Kudarat with the approval of the
management and staff, that will help the local and international tourism people in their tourist
spot application and will lead them to satisfaction of the result of experience because it will
help them to ensure the satisfaction of tourism Who are willing to Travel.
