 INTRODUCTION
This project is developed for “COLLEGE
ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM” for their whole system
work. The system has been made user friendly also
the updating can be easily done if there are some
changes in current system from time to time. The
system is designed according to the requirement of
current conditions. On the main screen there are
several option like student create, update ,fees. The
screen are made user friendly with multiple option
such as add, update, delete, print etc.
The system is accurate, reliable,
portable, secure, and faster than the manual
working system.
 Objective of Proposed

Objectives of College Administration System
are as follows:-
One important objective of college
administration system to collect the
records of student.
Make utilization of proper time.
Save manpower.

and operate the whole system.

to understand and designed in a user-
friendly nature. It’s taken the less amount
of time to understand the basic concept of
operation.
4)PLATFORM INDEPENDENT:- system can
work any hardware and software
combation.
 Major Problems In
Existing System
1)Slow:- As existing system is manual, its is
slow in all aspect to the computer system.
Present system takes much time than
proposed system.
2)Mistakes:- there are lots of mistakes in
the existing system as man is bound to
make mistakes. sometime accountant can
enter wrong values so it causes a problem.
3)Tedious:- As the existing system is
manual it is very tedious job to handle all
the transaction a one.
4)Human Dependency:- if the concerned
person is not available then the work
remains pending. As it is manual and
tedious job only concerned person can
update the register and generate reports.
 EXISTING SYSTEM
Existing system runs manually, so it is time
Consuming. All the document is done
manually.
However, to keep records through
manual system is not very easy to handle.
However sometime information has to
store or recorded in register, hence paper
work is required. If we miss any of the
register it causes loss if large amount is
important data.
So there is lot of workload on the
register. So there are always chances of
incorrectness data and misplacing of data.
In such system man has to manage each
record individually which is very difficult
and tedious.
