TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(1) Please print this e-ticket on A4-size white paper and present it to the event organizer before entering the venue. (2) Movintix will only
provide tickets in the form of electronic tickets with QR code. The presence or absence of tickets exchanged to other physical forms (eg
coupons, ID cards, wristbands, etc.) are the policies and responsibilities of the event organizers. (3) Tickets purchased cannot be
refunded or exchanged. (4) 1 (one) e-ticket shall only be valid for 1 (one) person and 1 (one) time of use, according to the class, date and
time of the event arranged by the event organizer. (5) Movintix or the organizer of the event shall be entitled to refuse a ticket if: a) the
ticket has been used by another party; b) tickets obtained or purchased from unauthorized sellers; c) tickets indicated in a defective, torn,
or copied state in any way. (6) Movintix or the organizer of the event shall have the right to inspect and seize some goods prohibited from
being brought in or out of the venue. (7) Movintix or the organizer of the event reserves the right to prohibit the ticket holder from entering
into the venue if: a) The age of the ticketing user is not in accordance with the age stipulation determined by the event organizer; b) The
ticket holder breaches the rules applicable in the venue; c) Ticket users are considered to be intrusive, drunk, or improperly creating an

92FBAE_Festival_1 unsafe environment for the event organizers, partners, and audiences. (8) Ticket holders are not permitted to enter publicly restricted
areas. If the ticket holders do so, the ticket holders may be fined, removed from the venue of the event, and prohibited from attending the
next event. (9) Tickets cannot be resold at a premium price or used for promotional needs by unauthorized parties of the event organizer.
(10) Movintix shall not be liable for any weather conditions and any event of loss or damage occurring during the event (11) The organizer
LOKATARA MUSIC of the event may suspend, cancel or dismiss the event on the grounds of weather, safety, emergencies, and hazardous situations. (12)
No refunds will be made for any reason except at the discretion of the event organizer and only if the event is postponed or canceled. If a
refund is to be made, then any refund policy, process and technicality will be determined and performed by the event organizer, not from

FESTIVAL (Presale - I) Movintix. (13) If a refund is made, Movintix reserves the right to retain the Movintix service fee included in the ticket price. (14) Movintix
may choose not to enforce certain terms and conditions in some cases.
