SOLUTION 1 :

STEP 1 : Initially , From Command prompt ‘LINE’ Command was activated .

STEP 2 : Then , Point (0,0) was initialised from which polygon was made .

STEP 3 : Then , again point (0,30.37) was typed and after that (40.37,0),

(0,-15.37),(-30,0),(0,-15)(-10.37,0) was also typed and polygon

Of given dimension was made .

STEP 4 : For writing dimension , ‘LINEAR DIMENSION’ Command is activated .

Then , for each side dimension was made .

Now , our MODEL is ready

Solution 2 :

STEP 1 : Initially , From Command prompt ‘POLYLINE’ Command was activated .

STEP 2 : Then , Point (0,0) was initialised from which hexagon is going to made .

STEP 3 : Then , 37<60 , 37<120 , 37<180 , 37<240 and 37<300 was typed .

STEP 4 : For writing dimension , ‘ANGULAR and LINEAR DIMENSION’ Command

was activated .

Then , for each angle and side dimension was made .

Now , our MODEL is ready.

Solution 3 :

STEP 1 : Initially , From Command prompt ‘LINE’ Command was activated .

STEP 2 : Now , ‘ORTHOMODE’ and ‘DYNAMIC INPUT’ command was made

On from command prompt and origin was taken as initial point .

STEP 3 : Then at 0° , 90° , 180° and 270° , a line of length equal to 37

was drawn .

STEP 4 : For writing dimension , ‘ANGULAR and LINEAR DIMENSION’ Command

was activated .

Then , for each angle and side dimension was made .

Now , our MODEL is ready.

Solution 4 :

STEP 1 : Initially , From Command prompt ‘LINE’ Command was activated .

STEP 2 : Now , ‘POLAR TRACKING’ and ‘DYNAMIC INPUT’ Command was

made on from command prompt and origin was taken as initial point .

STEP 3 : Then , cursor was put at 60° and length was typed equal to 37 .

STEP 4 : Similarly , all angles and length equal to 37 of hexagon was made .

STEP 5 : For writing dimension , ‘ANGULAR and LINEAR DIMENSION’ Command

was activated .

Then , for each angle and side dimension was made .

Now , our MODEL is ready.

1. Ortho mode should be used for those figures whose lines are mostly
perpendicular or parallel to different lines, so as to make our job easier.
2. Different types of line may be used so as to make our labelling better and
accurate.
3. Thickness of the layer should be taken appropriately so as visibility is clear
of our figure.
4. Zoom in/out should be done properly according to length and dimensions
of our required figure.
5. We should use appropriate color for different lines at different places.
6. We should make use of different layers for proper functioning, working
and implementation of our Idea, as done in question V.
