INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE REGISTRAR
1. Mistake if any should be brought to the notice of Controller of Examination within 7 days.
2. All examinees are required to sit in the examination in the University Uniform, University Identity Card
and Admit Card.
3. Do not write anything on the admit card and identity card.
4. No examinee is allowed to carry any BAG/MOBILE PHONE/ELECTRONIC GADGET beyond the GATE
at the Entrance.
5. Anybody found with MOBILE PHONE/ELECTRONIC GADGET in the examination hall/adopting unfair
means in the examination hall, shall be immediately expelled without entertaining any application or
issuing any show cause notice.
6. No examinee shall be allowed to enter the examination hall concerned after the 30th minute of the
commencement of the examination.However all the rules of the Orissa Conduct of Examination
Act,1988 shall be in force.
7. Examinee will obtained permission from the concerned invigilator in the event of change of ink.
8. Putting any symbol on the answer book will be viewed seriously.
