UNFPA's electronic application system eRecruit

UNFPA has established an electronic application management system called 'eRecruit'. This
allows applicants to create a candidate profile, which can be updated regularly and
submitted to more than one vacancy.

Please ensure that your application is as complete as possible before you submit it to any
of the advertised vacancies. You do not have to complete your application in one sitting. It
can be saved and you can return to it and refine it as often as you want prior to the closing
date of the advertised vacancy.

Please refer to the Step-by-Step Guide and the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for
detailed information on how to successfully complete your online application. These
documents can be found on the top right hand corner of the e-Recruit webpage.

Note that only international post and Headquarters (New York) General Service posts are
advertised in UNFPA eRecruit system. Please send your application for national posts
(national offices and general service posts outside of New York) to the concerned UNFPA
office.

NOTICE TO APPLICANTS: UNFPA does not charge any application, processing, training, interviewing, testing or other
fee in connection with the application or recruitment process. Should you receive a solicitation for the payment of a
fee, please disregard it. Furthermore, please note that emblems, logos, names and addresses are easily copied and
reproduced. Therefore, you are advised to apply particular care when submitting personal information on the web. If
you believe that you have received a fraudulent notice, letter or that uses the name or logo of UNFPA, you may
submit a report through the UNFPA fraud hotline : http://www.unfpa.org/help/hotline.cfm
