WOMEN-BUSINESS ASSET

There are many women who act as models to become good leaders.
They are exploring in growth of the new heights or animation to bring
the companies in new heights. They express their power which they
hold to other women. They are progressing everyday and empowering
themselves& influence others. However, the participation of women in
management is quite increasing. they raw actively involves themselves
in decision making process, asking suggestions, motivating the
employess,developing people’s skills by training & mentoring effective
in communicating,controlling,managing the organization. So this study
involves various activities of women in business.

INTRODUCTION:

In this competitive world women are equally taking part in business


activities. In last century, men are the one who participate in business
activities, but now women lead in companies in industries. Which are
historically dominated by men? For examples, Virginia”Ginni” of IBM
Rometty .Hewlett- Packard and Marissa Mayer (CEO of Yahoo).Womwn
are good atin building relationship.If we have more men in organization
they cant maintain a holistic approach in growing relationship. As all
the informations are used through social media .Social media is all
about communication.Basically women are better communicators than
men.

Women are differentiated as business women & working women.


Business women are those who runs their own businesss, occupies
higher authority & managing the business as top exective officers, while
the latterb refers to employed women.Women are good risk
takers.they usually analyze ,think things to the fullest ,check all the
possibilities &hurdles& then makes a decision.

Women are considered as business asset as they have more


responsibilities & talents while compared to men.women are multi-
taskers.they can do many things ata a time & can organize and
moniters things and see how things woeks together.they have passion
for their job.they take it emotional.women are becoming cruicail in the
market as they themselves are markets.Bottom line diversity in any
company has great influenced force.It gives take better
solutions,challenging power,problem solving & gives more
oppurtunities.

The challenges of business women have the capacity of a best leader.


Status of women in business is improving now.Women are working as
CEOs, CCOs,accountants,lawyer,company secretaries, managers
etc.,women are better in problem solving as they solve the business
concequences .They are good mentors as they give training tio the
freshers in clear way, as they are approcheable new interns are happy
to learn new things.
