Nike Incorporation: In the swift world, Nike, Inc. is an organisation which is


growing year after year. In the other words, it is a growth company. It’s a company
which is committed to building deeper community connections and spurring positive
social change around the world. The brightest leaders of this organisation, create
opportunity and stimulate others to do their best work by putting best efforts.

It promotes the culture of invention as well as this organisation create products,


services and experiences for today’s athlete while solving difficulties for the next
generation.

Purpose/Mission:

The main aim for an organisation’s existence is to follow through on its vision,
mission, values and purposes by taking into consideration of all key stakeholders.

Values: Nike’s code of ethics consists of many values. They consider that every
employee ought to be reflect their business of honesty, loyalty, trustworthiness,
equality and accountability. Nike is sensitive to keep their good reputation in
conduct of business.

Challenges Face by Nike on the Workplace:

 Nike had some problem in inventory management. company lost around 100
million in sales due to these issues. May be its difficult to pasteurized that such
established corporation could have a huge production failure, but they did.
Inventory control can be difficult for a business of any size. In case of, Nike
developed an inventory management solution to their problems vastly increase
and they were overcome their losses.

 The challenges Nike faces concerning corporate social responsibility are


prevalent in many large apparel industries. For managers, they continue to deal
with improving working conditions for factory workers. NGOs are aware of these
issues and see that Nike is more invested in improving the conditions than many
of its competitors.

 The ultimate challenge for all apparel industries is that consumers do not reward
companies for investments in improved social performance in supply chains.
These improvements would solely be at the expense of the company. Therefore,
large apparel industries, like Nike, must set out new strategies for potential
change. It is the responsibility of one to work toward the accountability of all.
Focus on empowering, job satisfaction and employee ethics and workforce
diversity:

 Nike became a controversial brand back in the 90s due to its use of sweatshops.
its famous swoosh lost its cool icon status and was no longer a logo people wanted
to wear.
 Fast forward to today, and Nike has not only recovered, but it’s become one of
the most empowering brands on the planet. The company has done a lot in the
way of ensuring more ethical production, and lending transparency to
their process.
 Today when people think about Nike, they think about sports. They think about
fitness. They think about determined everyday runners, and professional
athletes. They think about sweating, winning, getting stronger, and with it, the
sense that they can just do it too.

Today, cooperate social responsibility is a core part of Nike’s culture. In fact,


the three strategic aims that guide the company are to minimize environmental
footprint, transform manufacturing, and unleash human potential.

Motivation means external and internal factors that stimulates desires in people to
be committed to a job, role, and to try to attain a goal. Employee motivation is a
factor that cause an employee to pursue work, tasks, and goals.

How Nike Motivates its Associates:

 Comfortable and Creative Environment: Nike provide comfortable and


creative environment in working place, so their workers do well with best
thinking. This enhance the efficiency and productivity.
 Power of Praise: Seniors or employer verbally praise the worker by saying good
job. This show the value of the employee which increase the internal will of the
worker and give best to the company.
 Internal Promotions: Nike promotes the workers who work hard and celebrate
their promotion, and this promote the morale of the employees.
 Learning and Developing Opportunities: Nike invest in their leaders by
providing learning and development opportunities that help the managers how to
amplify their employee talent, energy, and capabilities. This help to produce the
better and more relevant work.
 Job Securities: Nike give job security to their worker with giving lots of benefits
packages.

employees. With the employees easily share all the situation with the supervisor

Nike advertising and emotional branding: Nike brand strategy is to build a


powerful brand that inspires fervent customer dedication from masses literally all
over the reality. This is because Nike advertisement uses the emotional branding
technique of pilot in its advertisement. In a way you could say that Nike marketing
strategy is thousands of long time old and has been inspiring customer loyalty the
entire team.

Building client loyalty with heroism: Nike advertising isn’t the only group that
uses the hero archetype to inspire customer loyalty. Many other parties use this

Yes of course, Nike is an innovative company. Innovative means featuring new


methods which should be advanced and original. So, Nike is one of the innovative
companies which is well known for its quality. Moreover, in the field of
advancement, Nike is launching a new product (NIKE FLYKNIKE) in the market.
Further on, it offers a more precise fit that enables ultimate agility and quickness.

Nike’s Corporate Social Responsibility: Corporate social responsibility approach


of an organisations means that a company should make a relationship with society
and environment. In the other words, it means that company should value its
customers, society, employees and not relating to the profit only.

In the similar way, Nike is going forward on this path on June 6, 2016. On that day,
Nike has launched a program in China in which Nike trained more than 7000 school
teachers from different 300 schools with proper physical education kit so that they
can guide their students because sports have a major role in children’s life.

Apart from this, in year 2017, Nike also donated $5 million to numerous
organisations for the betterment of people as well as economies.
