CITY RESOLUTION NO. 2013-062

A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO OPERATE A
TRICYCLE-FOR-HIRE TO ARNEL V. VILLEGAS WITHIN THE
TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF CABADBARAN CITY, AGUSAN DEL
NORTE

WHEREAS, presented for consideration is the letter from Arnel V. Villegas of

Purok 5, Barangay Sto. Niño, Butuan City, requesting for a franchise to operate a
tricycle-for-hire within the territorial jurisdiction of Cabadbaran City;

WHEREAS, this matter was referred to Committee on Transportation and

Communication for study, evaluation, comments and recommendation;

WHEREAS, the Committee reviewed and discussed the said request to

determine its merit;

WHEREAS, in the course of its deliberation, it
of Mr. Villegas is in accordance with the provision
“An Ordinance providing for the new mechanism for
tricycles-for-hire within the territorial jurisdiction of

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the 3rd Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its 20th Regular

Session assembled, to grant a franchise to operate a Tricycle-for-Hire to Arnel V.
Villegas within the territorial jurisdiction of Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to provide copies of this Resolution to Arnel V.

Villegas, Purok 5, Barangay Sto. Niño, Butuan City and to Business Licenses and Permit
Division (BLPD), this City for their information and appropriate action.
