RATIONALE

The purpose of this research is to explore the perspective of the LGBT with a profession:
more specifically in military. On how they worked and overcame problems that they’ve
encountered. This thesis explores the differences and perspective by the use of interview. Every
individual demonstrates high confidence about who they are. They are accepted by their families.
They focused on fulfilling their dreams.

General Objective

To increase the knowledge of the people of what the LGBT really is.

To perform a seminar about Guidance and Counselling Training Program to manage

identity crisis.

To prevent bullying specially in the LGBT community.

Specific Objective

1. To help men in uniform to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

2. To help them cope with the discrimination of others.

3. To review the students about current issues and events in LGBTQ

4. To strengthen the belief and faith of the people involved in LGBTQ and who
experienced discrimination.

Scope of the Training

1. The training is work for 1 month: twice a week, 10:00am-3:00pm on Wednesdays and
8:00am-5:00pm on Saturdays.

2. The personnel who will assist in the training are the researchers , Psychometrician,
psychologist, guidance counsellor and speakers(with the said advocacy)
