The ASEAN Youth Forum 2017 National Organizing Committee (AYF 2017 NOC) is very much pleased
to congratulate you for being one of the 500 delegates of the ASEAN Youth Forum 2017 to be held on
November 04 to 07 at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

With the theme “Our ASEAN, Our Say!: Strengthening Regional Solidarity and Youth
Rights, Building a Sustainable Future”, this year’s Forum focuses on the actualization and
localization of the Yangon Declaration as the guiding principles document of AYF with emphasis on
human rights promotion and protection. There will be field visits on the thematic issues
encompassing the Yangon Declaration, campaign advocacy strategies and methods on how young
people can help in defending and upholding human rights within the entire region.
