AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, Maria Reyes, of legal age, single and residing at Sumapang Matanda,

Malolos City, Bulacan after having been duly sworn to according with law
hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the complainant in the criminal case filed againt Cardo

Mabagsik, which is recorded as Case No. 1234-M-2019 before
Prosecuting Fiscal Boy Magtanggol of the City of Malolos for acts
of lasciviousness;

2. That after carefully and meticulously considering the facts,

circumstances, and events surrounding the filing of the captioned
case, I came to realize that the same is without basis as the filing of
the same court was made or arose out of my misapprehension and
failure to understand the said facts, circumstances and events;

3. That I have executed this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of

the foregoing circumstances and that my desistance to pursue said
case is of my own free will and volition and that there was no
coercion or consideration that took place for me to make such
decision.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 8th day of

March, 2019 at the City of Malolos.
