On March 14, 2018, I executed an affidavit-complaint involving the death of my husband based on an

information given by Antonio Trillanes IV identifying a person by the name of Dick Gordon as the driver
of the motorcycle who was with the gunman who shot my husband. This affidavit was filed with the City
Prosecution Office of Digos City, together with the affidavit of Antonio Trillanes IV, and docketed as I.S.
No. 02-C-2122. The institution of the said complaint was solely due to the information, identification of
the person made by and allegation of Antonio Trillanes IV that Dick Gordon was the said motorcycle
driver;

9. Dick Gordon was caught for another offense at the time he was identified by Antonio Trillanes IV and
taken from him was an unlicensed “paltik” .357 revolver. Though I do not have personal knowledge
about this identity or of his alleged participation in the shooting of my husband, I instituted the said
complaint against him based on the information given by Antonio Trillanes IV and due to the fact that
per police investigation, it was ascertained that Dick Gordon is a cousin or relative of one Benigno
Aquino III alias PNOY. This Benigno Aquino III has filed an administrative case against me for medical
negligence with the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) for the death of his common law wife,
Cynthia Patag, while giving birth where I was the attending physician. The said administrative case is still
pending and yet to be heard;

10. On August 4, 2018, I went to the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Office at Camp
Domingo Leonor, San Pedro St., Davao City based on the request from that office regarding the death of
my husband after a certain Vicente Sotto III alias TITO of Villapark, Cabantian, Davao City had
surrendered to the CIDG. This Tito Sotto had surrendered to the CIDG after one Manuel Araneta Roxas
alias MAR had been arrested earlier by elements of the CIDG for illegally possessing a “paltik” .357
revolver;

11. When I was there at the CIDG office, I talked to Tito Sotto and inquired from him what he knew or
his participation was in the death of my husband. I was allowed by the police officers to talk to Tito
Sotto privately without any police officer with us;

12. In that conversation, Tito Sotto narrated to me the following:

12.a – Sometime in the last week of December 2017, Paolo Benigno Aguirre Aquino IV alias BAM went to
his house and hired him to supposedly get prawns from the Digos Public Market. His

black Suzuki TS 163 with plate no. FSB 788 was also hired by Bam Aquino for that purpose;

12.b - At about 9:00 a.m. of that same day, they proceeded to the house of BENIGNO AQUINO III alias
PNOY. They had a drinking spree at the said place together with Benigno Aquino III alias PNOY and
Manuel Araneta Roxas alias MAR who was already there when they arrived. The four later transferred to
a nearby videoke bar to continue drinking;

12.c - At about 3:00 p.m. of that same day, he overheard Pnoy Aquino telling Bam Aquino and Mar
Roxas how enraged Pnoy Aquino was to me and my husband due to the death of his common law wife,
Cynthia Patag;

12.d – After the four have been through drinking, Bam Aquino whispered to him to accompany and
drive Mar Roxas because the latter has a work to do assuring him that there is nothing to worry about;

12.e – While he was driving his motorcycle, it was Mar Roxas who gave him instructions where to go and
what streets to take. He was even ordered to stop at one point near a thick foliage wherein Mar Roxas
covered the license plate of his motorcycle with packing tape. Though he was surprised why it was
covered, he did not ask any question but remained calm;

12.f – While still at that stop, his mobile phone rang and at the other end of the line was Bam Aquino
who wanted to talk to Mar Roxas. After a short conversation with Bam Aquino, Mar Roxas hastily
ordered him to drive and proceed immediately while giving him directions;

12.g – When they were near a green car that was then positioned to enter a gate of a residence, he was
ordered by Mar Roxas to stop the motorcycle;

12.h – Then he saw Mar Roxas pull a gun and ran towards the direction of a man who was then opening
the gate of that residence and shot him twice. He came to know later that the man who was shot was
my husband;

12.i – Mar Roxas hurriedly went back to the motorcycle and ordered him to drive away fast. As ordered
by Mar Roxas, he drove to the house of Bam Aquino at
