Emma J Hawkins, (Devisor/Performer)
A short-statured performer, has acted & toured with such companies as
Sydney Theatre Company and Arena Theatre Company. She performed in
and co-produced The Maids. She branched into physical theatre with
PlazaReal which led to devising her own show One More Than One.
2007’s repertoire also included Sideshow Alley (new Oz musical) and King
Lear in Tasmania. She has been involved in many corporate events as
The Divine Miss Em. She’s also Artistic Director of Atypical Theatre
Company, a company that focuses on fair representation of disability in
Performing Arts – “Try on Someone Else’s Shoes”.
Keith Lim (Devisor/Performer)
An emerging hybrid physical theatre performer who combines contemporary
dance, spoken text, dance floor breakdance, puppetry and kung fu. In 2007,
he was in a mentorship program with one of Australia’s top choreographers
Kate Champion, he danced in Sydney Opera House’s production of
danceTANK 07: Freedom to Launch, puppeteered with Erth in a sell-out
season of Gondwana: Land of The Giants; and was a driving force behind
CityQuest, a live game event in Western Sydney. Keith has also developed
his own solo work Out of Body Experience and has his own performance

Jason Lyons (Event Manager /Light&Video Operator)
Jason’s event production and management experience spans such
diversity that it includes comedy gigs featuring the renowned Arj Barker
and international sporting showcases such as Wallabies and Socceroos
matches and the 2006 Asian Games in Doha. He has been lucky enough
to perform the amazing roles of Hal in Proof and Freddy in Picasso at the
Lapin Agile in addition to his extensive production experience. He has
captained Australian teams to two Chess Olympics. Buy him a drink.
Danne Levy (Stage Manager/Sound Operator)
At 15, Danne's foray into stage management started when she fell in love
with the blacks and the cans. She has been involved with many
productions such as Sexual Perversity in Chicago, Dogg's Hamlet,
Cahoots Macbeth, Hamlet, The Women, Cabaret and Spring Awakening.
She has also dabbled in film production, working as an AD on the
Australian feature Bitter and Twisted. She co-founded and developed the
annual Baxter College Play in 1999. This is Danne's fifth season with One
More Than One and her first show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Nikki Heywood (Director)
Nikki Heywood’s work as a performer, director and dramaturg spans three
decades. She devises and directs original work including Burn Sonata
which toured Australia. She also participates in collective creation and
collaboratively devised projects such as Atypical Company’s, One More
Than One; and Settlement, an international collaboration with Belgian
choreographer Hans van den Broeck (co founder Ballets C d la B) to be
continued in 2008 as No-mads. Nikki also runs skills based workshops
and productions for students and emerging practitioners. Nikki was
awarded the NSW Ministry’s Rex Cramphorn Scholarship in 2005.
Chris Ryan (Dramaturg)
He has consistently informed his twenty-year career in the performing arts
with an obsessional investigation of the body: he specialises in ‘physical
infrastructure’, a language and performance approach that crosses
several disciplines with ease; from dance to classical and modern texts,
self-devised ensemble work to film and video, performer training,
directing, dramaturgy and artistic consultancy. He was also one of the
original team for One More Than One.
