1. AIMS

The main aims of this lesson are to:


 Instruct pupils to critically reflect on their progress/ learning through an Exit card strategy.
 Visually inspect and assist pupils who are still engaging in the cutting process of the cross-halving
joints.
 Visually inspect and assist the students how are gluing the joints together.
 Deliver a practical demonstration on how to apply a varnish finish to the students that have
preparations done.
 Ensure that the preparations for finishing are done correctly;
 Sanding,
 Applying a smooth shape to the arris
 Dusting
