• Evaluated program through conducting a cost-benefit analysis to determine factors of participant’s successful
completion of the program and entered data collected from drug court hearings.

• Researched and presented on “good enough” mentoring for at-risk youth by using Edward Trembley’s
Relational Therapy concepts and Donald Winnicott’s “Good Enough Mother” techniques.
• Proposed that a safe, holding environment can be created through a committed and supportive mentor.
• Academically represented the Grand Valley State University Pals Student Mentor Program.

• Created and implemented a roommate cleaning chore chart to enhance communication between roommates.
