Plaintiffs, thru the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court
respectfully states that-

1. Records shows that all the parties have submitted their respective
position papers except for Accendo Properties Corporation;
2. Despite the lapse of more six (6) months, no position paper was filed by
Accendo Properties Corporation;
3. Hence, it is just proper that Accendo Properties Corporation’s right to file
be deemed waive and the incident shall be now submitted for resolution.

WHEERFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that Accendo


Properties Corporation’s right to file be deemed waive and the case be now submitted
for resolution.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
