• Participants must bring their college ID cards and bonafide certificates

• All participants should report at the registration desk by 8:30 am

• Each college should send their registration forms via post and also
intimate us via e-mail on dhriti.sona@gmail.com

• Number of participants from each college should not exceed 15 (14+1)

• Each participant can participate in one event only

• Participation certificates will be provided

• Materials for paper presentation and business plans are to be brought

in pen drives and CD’s

• In all events the decision of the judges will be final.

• Only one team can participate per college (2 members).

2. PAPER PRESENTATION- ATHENA*

• Only one team can participate per college (2 members).
• Abstract should not be more than 250 words, in Times New
Roman with font size 12, and 1.5 line spacing.
• The full paper should not exceed 10 A4 size papers, in
Times New Roman with font size text 12 and heading 14 and 1.5
line spacing on one side.
• Candidates must send 2 hard copies through post/courier
and soft copy to athena.dhriti@gmail.com.
• Last date of submission of the papers is 6th October 2010.
• Selected papers will be intimated through e-Mail.
 • Time allocated for presentation is 7 minutes, and 3 minutes
for discussion.
• Specify participants’ name, e-Mail id and college name in
the abstract
