Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing a letter to complain about the sever condition in my neighborhood created by some
teenagers who make ordinary citizens life difficult by letting their untamed dogs roam freely on the
streets.

I have been residing in this locality for the last 5 years. The situation worsen, perhaps because some new
families settled here up lately. They have no control over their children, mostly under 11-16 years. These
adolescents let their untrained dogs to run freely on streets are intimidating. This creates fear and
terror, especially to young kids and the elderly.

I am afraid this is just matter of time before someone gets seriously injured. The teenagers have been
asked by numerous locals to keep their dogs under control but all requests have been ignored. The
entire neighborhood was under stress as they have adopted a nonchalant behavior.

I am hoping that you would take the immediate action against all those involved in creating a havoc in
this peaceful locality.
