E&I Engineer

1) Overall coordination of all the maintenance and operational activities together with the Plant
Manager, Maintenance team, Operations department, HSE team and warehouse supervisor.
2) To plan all maintenance activities including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
3) To advise the Plant Manager and Control Room Supervisor on decision making regarding start-up
or shut-down of service specific equipment when required.
4) Produce detail Monthly Maintenance Report to the Management consisting of Plant Availability,
Equipments Availability, and Equipments efficiency.
5) Preparation, monitoring and execution of Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan for Electrical and
Instrumentation.
6) Prepare Monthly PM schedule for Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation.
7) Make sure that all the PM is being completed.
8) Take a part of Route Cause Analysis and working with operation and maintenance team to prepare
RCA.
9) Identify, report and if possible, correct unsafe conditions.
10) Liaise with HSE on closing out pending issues.
11) Keep track of the team’s progress in the required skills for the designated positions, identify and
report potential training activities, provide training and transference of knowledge.

maintenance records.

1) Plan, schedule and carry-out Preventive & corrective/Breakdown Maintenance in accordance to


HSE and QMS requirements to ensure smooth & reliable station operation.
2) Responsible for supervision and monitoring of instrumentation works such as loop checking and
simulation test from field devices.
3) Calibration of faulty reading devices, functional testing of FGS/ESD/SDS.
4) Joint monthly calibration of FLOBOSS 407, S600, S600 +, DANIEL Danalyzer Model 500 Analyzer,
Gas Chromatograph PLGC-II and Moisture analyzer AMETEK 3050 OLV with customers.
5) Wellhead pressure operated safety system maintenance and calibration to ensure wellhead
integrity and perform functional testing.
6) Manage maintenance database on SAP (CMMS) to ensure that all jobs are included in it, their
execution frequency implemented and carrying out data analysis to find root cause analysis for
frequent jobs.
7) Ensure the reliable operation of power generation system (Cummins QSV91 G, Cat 3508, Cat 3516,
Waukesha VGF), switch gear and MCC by implementing existing PM system.
8) Develop and review E&I job SOPs and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) for
important maintenance activities on an on-going basis to ensure adherence to HSE and QMS
standards and procedures, resulting in consistent high quality maintenance.
9)Manage spares requirements based on their consumption pattern along with their correct
specification in SAP to ensure that all critical spares are available for plant maintenance whilst
controlling inventory and revenue targets.
10) Preparation of Bill of Materials / Quantities (BOM & BOQ), technical specifications, contract
documents and technical evaluation of bids & proposals for execution of departmental projects.
11) Liaison with Contractors, Services Companies & Local Authorities for execution, monitoring &
scheduled reporting of projects
12) Prepare Annual Budgets (REVEX & CAPEX) through proper planning to minimize costs & avoid
unnecessary spending.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Plan, schedule and carry-out Preventive & Corrective/Breakdown Maintenance to ensure smooth &
reliable station operation minimizing downtime & production loss.

avoid unnecessary spending.

Evaluations against Vendor’s bids, establish vendor correspondence, and supervise projects to
facilitate smooth, timely execution & to ensure that contract requirements are adhered to.
