Objective of the project:
 Research and recommend a software solution that would automate Milliman's contracting process
to improve speed, accuracy and efficiency.
Scope of the project:
 Interviewed internal stakeholders to comprehend requirements, gaps and improvement
opportunities.
 Engaged SpringCM, Conga and Salesforce to research each vendor's capabilities and applicability
to meet Milliman's contract management needs.
Output of the project:
 Final report and presentation to include rationale and recommendations that were reviewed by
Principal and Managing Director and Sales Director.
