AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, CHIZ M. MOSA, of legal age, married, resident of Lot 11, Block 8,

Felisario Subdivision, Divisoria, Zamboanga City, after having sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state THAT:

01. I was present and personally saw that defendant, JASMINE B.

ABUBAKAR, deposited the amounts in the annexed instruments in
the bank account of the plaintiff, RICHARD A. BELLA on the days
mentioned herein;

02. I personally know the defendant since she is a friend of mine since
college.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and
to support the filing of this ANSWER.
