Answer:
1. All of the STI Alumni that I have read were very hardworking and persevering to achieve
their goals. Their only difference is on the way or method of reaching those goals.
a.
 Raquel Gamboa - IT Associate Manager at Ayala Land
Raquel was certainly motivated to dream big and work hard to provide her
family with a comfortable lifestyle, having a financially-strapped upbringing. And once
she has been able to do it, she extends her hand to help more people in the community.
 Renen Tipontipon – SHS Graduate, 1st year College – BSIT
He was motivated to pursue college because of his interest in computer related
skills.
 Michael Cunanan - ICT Coordinator at Living Stone International School ICT
Coordinator at Living Stone International School
His passion for robotics was rooted in his desire to change the perspective of
people and prove that while technology has its disadvantages, there is no
doubt that it has brought its benefits and will bring further progress and
improvements to make this world better. Remembering what fueled his
enthusiasm for innovation, he stresses, "I wanted to change the world, the
perspective of others that technology ruins.
 Raymond Borromeo - Senior Vice President of Technology at Citi bank Singapore

to a higher ground. But he was never content as he still continues to push
himself to learn more that will benefit his growth in career, and as a person.
 Jose Salvador - Fountainhead Technologies, Inc. (FHT) President and CEO
In spite of all his achievements, Jojo knows how to value his people. He acts
as a responsible steward in helping and empowering his workforces as their
mentor and life coach. He is not just an entrepreneur; he is an innovative
businessman with the heart of a benevolent leader, a fountainhead of
encouragement, and an inspiration for the younger generation.
b. The issue that only appears on each situation of the STI Alumni is on how they
will change the perspective and educate other individual to become a successful too. If
they really value the power of innovation and improvement, they will start spreading good
influences to society.
c. They will be a good leader in their field. A show of small good act can result to
big improvement on their environment.
d. The questions that needed to be answered in this study are the following:
 Why Raquel Gamboa did extended her hand to help other people?
 Why Renen Tiponpon chose IT as course in College instead of business related even
business has also opportunities?
 How Michael Cunanan will change the negative perspective of other people toward
innovation of Robots and Technology?
 Why Raymond Borromeo do not offer scholarships to deserving students that do not have
ability to pay tuition in college if he really value education?
 How Jose Salvador determine a really ambitious and productive individual?
