2. Illegal cutting of natural grown, native trees in the area of the Project is hereby prohibited.
3. Accomplishment for the Calendar Year 2016 to be submit in partner Government Agency.
4. The Financial Status Year 2016 is being presented.
5. Other Matters

Whereas, presented to the assembly dated February 19, 2017 is hereby authorized P.O. President Mauro
Belgera to inter into contract, signing all document needed in behalf of the Association, being the
contractor/ project implemented of the National Greening project in Brgy. Mapili San Enrique, Iloilo;
Whereas, authorizing Mauro Belgera President and Helen Palomo Treasurer to claim deposit and
withdraw proceed in behalf of the association on motion of Noel Palmes Board of Trustee and duly
seconded by mass;

Whereas, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved authoring P.O. President Mauro Belgera to inter into
contract with PENRO being the contractor/ implemented of the National Greening Project in Brgy. Mapili
San Enrique, Iloilo and Helen Palomo Treasurer Deposit, Withdraw proceeds in behalf of the Association;

Resolved Finally, that copy of this resolution be furnished the CENRO, PENDRO and other government
line agencies is concerned.
