The extension service office and education faculty conducted a meeting and signing of
Memorandum of Agreement proposing an extension service for the non-readers of the Bitoon
Central School (District II) last August 8, 2018 at Bitoon Dumanjug, Cebu.

In line with this, we humbly request your good office for approval allowing the office to conduct a
launching of “Developmental Reading for Young Minds (DRYM)” in coordination with the
Bitoon Central School (District II) headed by Virginia B. Ricardel, School Principal this coming
August 31, 2018 1:00pm at Bitoon Central School Covered Court. In addition we would like to ask
a little cost of financial support for the said incoming launching activity.

Moreover, kindly deliver an opening remarks of the said activity.

The endeavor of the extension service office towards the community is to extend the knowledge
