NOTiFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd January, 20 IS

G.S.R. 50(E).-ln exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 156 of
the Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the
following rules to amend the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) and
Head Constable (Ministerial), Group 'C' posts Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.-(I) These rules may be called the Indo-Tibetan Border Police
Force, Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) and Head Constable (Combatised Ministerial), Group 'C'
posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the daie of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule to Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) and
Head Constable (Ministerial), Group 'C' posts Recruitment Rules, 2013:-
(a) against serialnumber I, relating to the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) in
~-I)h!mn (12) under the h?'~(Hne 'Grollp 'C' Depmtmentt11 Promotion (;ommittee (for
considering the confirm'ation) for the words and bracket "Deputy Commandant or Assistant
Commandant (O[Iic~/lv1iTlislei'iaiY', the following words "Deputy Commandant or ASSIstant
Commandant of stenography cadre" shall be substituted, and

(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Head .Constable (Ministerial) in column (I),
the following words and bracket "Head Constable (Combatant Ministerial)" shall be
substituted.
