I. INTRODUCTION

Osias Colleges, Inc., is a privately owned educational institution in the Province of Tarlac established
and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a stock corporation on March 10,
1949 by the late Telesforo B. Concepcion. It has its principal place of business and school campus
located at F. Tanedo., St., San Nicolas, Tarlac City. Its operation is guided by existing policies and
guidelines by the oversight agencies Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Department of
Education ( DepEd).
