1. Executive Summary
The Limestone lease was granted to Nilesh Pandya over an area of 04.90.00 hectare
at Sur. No100 paiki Village: Bhogat, Tal: Kalyanpur, Dist: Devbhumi Dwarka.
This is a Limestone mining lease
Order of Honourable Supreme Court order-dated 27/02/2012 regarding the mining
projects with lease area more than 5 hectare including projects of minor mineral with
more than 5 hectare required environment clearance.
The mining is Schedule under Category 1 (a) – “B” as per.
Total Mineable reserves from the Limestone mines are estimated as 857500MT.
