Preparing your Device
 Update browser

 To upgrade your Internet Explorer browser:

Submitting Proposals

 After getting the bidders’ interest, the buyer will open another event
for the submission of technical and financial proposals.
 Depending on the requirement, submission of proposals may be:
 1-stage: technical and financial requirements in one event
 2-stage: separate events for technical and financial submissions
