Fizicko-hemijske osobine IPA kao rastvaraca omogucile su njegovu primenu u

grafickoj industriji. Velika isparljivost, laka dostupnost i efikasnost koju

postize pri stampi, osnovni su razlozi njegove primene.

U ofset stampi izopropil alkohol se koristi da smanji povrsinski napon rastvora za

vlazenje i omoguci stvaranje veoma tankog, ali ravnomernog i stabilnog filma
rastvora za vlazenje na stamparskoj formi, cime se obezbedjuje bolje vlazenje
stamparske forme razblazivanje i razredjivanje sredstva za vlazenje i povecanje
adsorpcije gumiarabike. IPA konstantno isparava sa valjaka i stamparske forme, te
pomaze hladjenje kriticnih komponenata stamparske masine tokom stampanja. Takodje
hladi boju u stamparskoj masini, jer reaguje endotermno. Zahvaljujuci efektu
hladjenja, reoloske karakteristike boje i adsorpcija sredstva za vlazenje ostaju
konstantni. IPA povecava viskoznost sredstva za vlazenje sto omogucava brzi
transport kroz jedinicu za vlazenje. IPA se primenjuje i kao rastvarac boje.
Izopropil alkohol menja emulzione karakteristike stamparske boje. On poboljsava
oticanje boje sa stamparske forme i utice na regulaciju balansa izmedju boje i
vode. Ponasa se kao sredstvo za samopreciscavanje, sprecava penusanje i ubrzava
isparavanje vode sa nestampajucih povrsina stamparske forme.

Step 1

Turn off your Lexmark printer.

Step 2

Press and hold the "Return" button as well as the "Ready," "Go" or "Select" button.
The name of the button will vary depending on your printer model.

Step 3

Turn on the printer while continuing to hold the "Return" and "Ready" buttons until
the screen says "Performing Self Test." Release the buttons.

Step 4

Navigate to the "Maintenance Page Count" menu item using the menu arrow buttons or
the "Select" button. Depending on your printer model, this may be available from
the main screen or under the "Printer Setup" or "Config" menu.

Step 5

Navigate to the "Reset" menu option and press "Select."

Step 6

Press "Return" to exit out of the diagnostic mode. The smart chip is now reset, and
you can resume normal printing.

Resetting via Printer Solution Center

Step 1

Press �Windows-Z� while on the Start screen. Click the �All apps� icon and then
scroll to the Lexmark heading. Click or tap �Printer Solution Center.�

Step 2

Click on the �Maintenance� tab and click �Install a new printer cartridge.� Click
the �Next� button repeatedly until you reach the Print the Alignment screen. Your
Lexmark printer will automatically detect the new cartridge(s) while you are
clicking through the various screens.

Step 3

Click the �Print� button to print an alignment page to complete the cartridge
recognition process. Close the open dialog boxes once the alignment page prints.

Resetting via Power Button

Step 1

Turn your Lexmark printer on, if it is off, open the printer's top cover and remove
the black and color cartridges from the printer. Sit the cartridges on a piece of
paper to keep ink from staining any surfaces.

Step 2

Turn your printer off. Leave your printer's cover open. Wait at least 60 seconds,
turn your printer on, and then wait until your printer's front panel control lights
all start flashing indicating the absence of ink cartridges.

Step 3

Install each cartridge and close your printer's top cover. Your printer will make a
series of noises indicating the detection of the new cartridges. Once the noises
stop, the printer is ready for use.
