I have continued to use the internet to convince people that we are taking back our world from
the corrupt Banking Cartel. For those who have not heard me before, "we" includes the world's

Last month I received a very detailed five page hand written letter that went on at some length,
asking me to send them more information. It was from someone in prison. This person was very
confused, and asked me about an unproven theory which I have not mentioned for five years. Some
people refuse to take me seriously because the CIA is now publishing five year old interviews where I
mentioned this theory, as if they are recent interviews. I mailed the letter back to the prisoner,
saying that I had no time to deal with their request because I was working full time representing the
world's people and cleaning up the corruption in the
world's money.
The letter was not delivered; it came back to me
because I left off the prisoner's DL number. I had
saved their envelope with the DL number, and am
going to send them this letter instead. When you get a
second chance like this, it is important to take it. At
the time, I thought that the prisoner was trying to
discredit me. Now I think they were simply confused.

Under the Global Currency Reset, the people are going to put the 1789 Constitution back into
effect and end martial law, using Article V of the Constitution. If the Hammonds are sentenced
to jail for refusing to sign over their cattle ranch to the Network of Global Corporate Control,
their sentence will be commuted asap. Other people who did not harm anyone and were falsely
imprisoned in private jails which are nothing more than a modern day slavery system should
also expect to get their freedom restored.
The third point is how it is necessary to focus on getting rid of the corruption in the world's
money. We will talk without the teleprompter on this point shortly. We are going to continue to
focus on getting rid of the corruption in the world's money in next week's show. I have also dealt

Dear People,
People criticize me for repeating myself. It is true that we are stuck in a repeating loop. On
December 18, 2018, I said in the DCTV segment titled "Yin and Yang":
We are talking about a peaceful transition.... That is the whole point about Yin and Yang.
Opposing sides are just other sides of the same coin. We are stuck in a pattern of repetitions
until the Black Nobility understand that they are not going to win this fight. What is the fight? It
is about the world's wealth which belongs to everyone on Earth.
It is not just the Black Nobility that needs to learn from us. We need to learn from
them. We are also caught in the same series of repetitions until we learn that we are all
here to teach and learn from each other.
How do we get out of this loop? The Banking Cartel has to recognize that they are never going to
win the wealth of the world because we are in a new reality. This new reality became manifest
when a critical mass of people recognized the corruption in the world's money. Yesterday I pointed out that
the military powers of the world are backing us, and that there is a tug of war which the Banking Cartel and the

I am contacting Standard Chartered Bank in order to withdraw the balance in Account

No. 816223 3172 0, Code No. 116100. I stopped by Standard Chartered Bank's offices
yesterday at 1101 Pennsylvania Avenue NW Suite 600 Washington DC 20004 to issue
payment instructions, and left several voicemail messages with Kelcia Azevedo at 202
756-7753. When these calls were not returned, I called your New York office, who
advised me instead to contact your German office.
When I called several minutes ago, I was told that Ms. Annkristin Kuehn was not
available. Your telephone operator was unable to connect me with another official; she
informed me that my only recourse was to send another email. Despite several days of
effort on my part, I am no further than I was before. This is to request Standard
Chartered Bank to live up to the bailment laws. I would like to know by return mail:
who will assist me
what further documentation Standard Chartered Bank requires in order that I can effect
this withdrawal.

Re: Letter to the Development Committee of December 28, 2015 concerning the Global
Currency Reset from the assets in the Global Debt Facility
Yesterday after informing the Executive Directors that I was reporting to work on the
Global Currency Reset, William Bullock and Major Obenga Aderiolgbe of Allied Barton
attempted to prevent me from doing so. On December 18, 2015 the Executive Directors
informed Sean McGrath and Jim Kim that they were no longer serving as Vice-President,
Human Resources, and President of the World Bank, as both exceeded their respective
authority under the Articles of Agreement, which provide in Article V, Section 4(b) that the
Board of Executive Directors direct the ordinary business of the Bank.
Further to that Memorandum: "[a]ny employee of Allied Barton who refuses to comply
with Allied Barton's unlimited power of attorney to the Global Debt Facility and to Karen
Hudes, Overseer Mandate Trustee of the Global Debt Facility, is hereby relieved of their
duties". William Bullock and Major Obenga Aderiolgbe of Allied Barton are discharged
forthwith.
This is to inform you of the request for proposal for a security printer or security
printers for the exchange of fractional reserve currencies under the Global Currency Reset

Development Committee whether you would like for the RFP to include printing of Treasury
banknotes for your respective currencies, as well as a list of personnel to be detailed in your

As per the understanding confirmed with Tokyo Embassies and New York Missions, any
country not in agreement with these arrangements is to indicate this fact.
