Besides, bibliotherapy can help children to overcome their problems by letting them
read stories on characters who have effectively settled a problem similar to them.
Distinguishing proof with a literature model can encourage thought and possible determination
to an issue, for example, managing separation, sickness, death, poverty, pysical disabilities,
war, disaster and so on. The basic introduce of bibliotherapy is that interpreting stories is a
consistently changing procedure to which children bring their own needs and experiences.
Since pupils regularly experience issues distinguishing and imparting their emotions, stories
can encourage them to discuss about an issue openly and motivates self-understanding. In
the event that a child turn out to be emotionally involved with the literary characters, they are
more ready to verbalize, act out, or draw pictures portraying their deepest emotions and
thoughts. Utilization of bibliotherapy isn't constrained to emergency circumstances, nor it is a
solution for extreme mental troubles too. It may not address the issues of a few children,
particularly the individuals who are not prepared to confront their particular issue. Others might
be unable to exchange the knowledge extracted from reading into their own personal life, or
may utilize literature as a type of escape. However, these experiences with literary characters
have been appeared to offer advantages to many children.
A child is a person who is in the phase between birth and puberty. The United Nations
Convention on the rights of the child defines a child as “a person underneath the age of 18,
unless the laws of a specific nation set the lawful age for adulthood younger, however majority

is achieved earlier”. Childhood is the ideal time for children to be in school and impacting
everything, to make themselves strong and confident with the affection and support of their
family and an expanded community. It is a valuable time in which children should live happily
free from any fear, problem or violence and protected from any kind of abuse or exploitation.
All things considered, childhood means the state of a child's life, to the quality of those years.
Thus, there are children who faces misfortunes and sorrows in their life.
Children often have unexpected concerns than others. The most ideal approach to
take in these is to inquire them or listen to their general discussions in subordinate ways. This
means, like reading a book and talk about it. There is no most ideal approach to determine a
child's concern. Practically, there are some topics that address the concerns and problems
faced by children such as self, family, peers, other individuals, disease and death. In self
themes, there are inquiries around their heads. Will I have fairer skin like others? Will I always
be short? This problems can be expanding if their peers notice these and starts teasing them.
This can trigger a negative circumstance, for example, fighting. In this case, children require
adults to help them confront the problems encountered by them. To help overcome this
problems, sharing a book that linked to the situation can empower everybody to consider their
activity and the impact they have on others.
One of the issue face by children is stepfamilies. A stepfamily is where no less than
one parent has kids that are not genetically related to their other spouse. Possibly one parent
may have children from the past relationship. Children in a stepfamily may live with one
biological parent. Step families are very much linked to the abusing and mistreatment.
According to the law, a child is supposed to stay with the mother after she has divorced. If the
mother remarries the child would be getting a stepfather. He might distress the child physically,
verbally or even mentally. The reason for such tortures is due to dislike of the child who does
not belong to him. Hence, the child will become an object for them to fight and could cause
disruption in the house. In such young age, the child would be unsure of what is happening
and yet they will live in dilemma. Perhaps, there are chances for the hatred feelings to grow
in the child's inner self towards the parents. This sort of books can draw out the significance
of liking oneself.
Family keeps on being viewed as the essential social unit of society however now it
has conveyed numerous changes to it. Families are getting smaller and tend to spread out
because of separation, divorce or stepfamilies. Children sometimes are unable to understand
these changes and it cause fears. Children think about whether they caused the issues. The
traditional causes of stress in families have never cleared out.

In order to help the pupils, teacher can also play their role by conducting interesting
activities based on the story they have read. First, teachers need to find out the necessities of
the pupils and try to find the literature that deals with the situations that the child is
experiencing. Read the material prior utilizing it or prescribing it. On the off chance that you
read aloud or to refer a child to a specific story or book, make sure it is suitable for the child's
age, gender, development and background. The characters and plot ought to be reasonable
and incorporate legit critical thinking. Teachers can conduct the activity in group which is
known as group bibliotheraphy to create a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
For example, Pass The Apple. Play this game like "Hot Potato." Ask the children to sit in a
circle and give one child an apple. When the music starts, have the children pass the apple
around the circle. But when the music stops, the child who is holding the apple in his hand
'becomes' Alex and yells, "Aaaaaaaaaaa!!!!" just like Alex does when he's feeling angry. Then
ask him, "What makes you feel angry?" Play until everyone gets a chance to be Alex.
