INSTRUCTIONS FOR FEE DEPOSIT
1- Bank Drafts/ Postal Orders/ Cheques & Money Orders Shall Not be accepted
2- Admission Fee is Rs.1100/- ( For Arts subjects) and Rs.1400/- (For Science subjects)
3- Late fee payable under the rules is Rs.400/-
4- Registration fee Rs.600/-(if not already Registered with IUB).
5- Candidates appearing from outside of the territorial limits of the University will pay
Rs.1600/- as out of Jurisdiction fee.
6- After the last date with late fee, the candidate shall deposit double the ordinary fee.
Provided such application shall be received at least TEN days before the commencement
of the exam.
7- Please paste the duly paid bank challan form in the space provided below for the purpose.
8-a) The candidates of Bahawalpur Division shall deposit their Admission Fee in designated branches
of HBL in the Division.
b) The candidates other than Bahawalpur Division shall deposit the admission fee in any of the
following Branches of HBL in CD-1 Account through the University Bank Challan.
Refund of fee : - Admission fee once paid shall not be refunded unless the candidate is declared ineligible
and his admission to the Examination has been refused by the University office or the .candidate dies before the
commencement of examination. The examination fee, can not be kept credit for any subsequent examination
under any circumstances.

Quote Admission Form No. Permanent District shown in the admission form, subjects opted, name of center,
University Fee receipt No. and Father's Name in all correspondence before the receipt of Roll No. while
afterward, Roll No will be your reference Number. Any correction made in the form must be initialed by the
candidate or by the officer attesting the form.
Column No.14: (Center at which to be examined):- Every candidate must write the place of examination center
which is nearest to place where has been studying, at which he must appear.
1. Change of Examination Center: - A candidate seeking change of the Examination Center after the submission of
admission form should apply on a prescribed form, which can be had form this office on the application. This should be
admitted through the officer attesting the admission form. He/She should also deposit a fee of Rs.1600/- for change of
centre.
2. Examination Centre of the late fee candidates: - In case candidates submitting the admission form with late fee, the
University reserves the right of allotting any centre to such candidates other than that asked for by them in their admission
forms.
3.. Fee for a duplicate copy of Roll Number :- A candidate who has lost his/her Roll Number slip before the
commencement of Examination, can apply for a duplicate copy of the same. Fee for a duplicate copy of the Roll Number
is Rs.110/- only.
4. Dispatch of Roll Number: - Roll Number to candidates will be sent by post at least 10 days before the
commencement of the Examination. If however, a candidate does not receive his/her Roll No.3 days before the
commencement of the Examination. He/She should at once send a registered letter giving the. reference of his University
fee receipt number permanent district shown in the admission form, the admission form number, subject offered, name of
centre and fathers name should also be stated or contact by telephone No.062/9250257.
5. Intimation of Result: Every Candidate will be informed of his/her result within 15 days after the declaration of the
result on the address given by him/her for dispatch of result card. Any change in address, must be communicated to this
office not later than 15 days of the commencement of the Examination, so that intimation regarding result may, not go
astray. For result on Internet please visit IUB website www.iub.edu.pk Duplicate result card can be had on payment of
Rs400/- only after completing the necessary documentation.
6. Revision of answer books etc: - The Vice-Chancellor may, on receipt of an application on the prescribed form
accompanied by a fee of Rs.600/- per subject satisfy himself in regard to marking of answer book or completion of the
result of candidate. Such application would be entertained only within 40 days from the date or declaration of the result.
The office will dispose them off within 15 days from the date of their receipt. However, if a fee of Rs.1200/- (Double fee)
per subject is paid, the applications would be disposed off within 96 hours of their receipt.
NOTE:- Registered No. of Board of intermediate & Secondary education or of any other university is not accepted
under the rules.
