How to Update and Install the New Link via App Catalog (Recommended)
1) Open App Catalog on your iPhone.
2) Click on Install next to WFM-Employee Link, then click Install on the pop-up window (If it shows
"Installed", select "Installed" and then "Install" on the pop-up window).
3) After install completes try to relaunch the application from your home screen.

Note: The WFM “App” is just a shortcut to a website and not a traditional application. If they have
deleted and reinstalled the link already, there is no benefit to reinstalling the link again – as it will just
take them to the same website.

How to Add to Home Screen in Safari: Send the link to the user via Email or Text Message. Have the
user try to open the link OR copy the link (push + hold) and paste it into their browser (Safari on iOS). If
the link opens, they can Add the Shortcut to their home screen. Select the Square with an Arrow
pointing up at the bottom of the screen and then slide over on the menu until you see “Add to Home
Screen”.

Troubleshooting
Clearing Browser History for Safari
1) Open Settings
2) Select Safari
3) Select “Clear History and Website Data”

Close All Apps

1) Double-click the home button
2) Slide up on all Apps to close

Turning on Location Services

1) Open Settings
2) Select Privacy
3) Select Location Services and turn On, if labeled as Off

Location & Privacy Reset

1) Open Settings
2) Go to General
3) Go to Reset
4) Select Reset Location & Privacy
5) Enter Passcode when prompted
6) Select Reset Settings on the pop-up

Close the Safari application after each clock in/out

5) Select Clear Cache

Certificate Issue
1) If asked to install a certificate by Chrome – select Cancel

Location Services Troubleshooting

1) While in Chrome – select the Menu option (3 dots on top right)
2) Select Settings
3) Select Privacy
4) Select Clear Browsing Data
5) Select Advanced tab (only on Samsung)
6) Change time range to All Time or Beginning of Time
7) Select Clear Data

Your username will be ' Herc\WindowsCredentials 'or your company email address.
For example, Joe Smith would be ' Herc\JSmith '.
Your password will be your Windows Password, the same as logging into a computer, your email or what
