    We are pleased to present our proposal for your review against Tender received as on 1 Dec 2018 for
    the civil construction works of heat Recovery Boiler at M/S Kamal Hoisery, 5KM Sahianwala Road,
    Khurrianwala.

    We have studied the tender and now have better understanding of the construction project
    requirements and commercial terms & conditions.

    In addition to the terms of mentioned in the tender documents, we would add the following,

    a) Water & Electricity and labor accommodation will be provided by the employer (here and
    after referred as client) free of cost.
    b) Cement & Steel will be provided by the client @ 600Rs. /Bag & 105,000Rs. /Ton at site.
    c) Our rates are exclusive of any type of taxes.
    d) Dewatering shall be charged separately
