@ Great Shearwater Puffinus gravis* Leagt 43-Stem, Wing: 100-138em DISTRIBUTION: Breeds on ‘Tristan da Cunha and Gough, with small numbers in the Falkland Islands. Winters mainly in north-west Atlantic, leaving South Atlantic around April, returning October. IDENTIFICATION: A large shearwater with dark crown, greyish-brown upperparts, whitish collar and rump, and black tail, Underparts mostly white, but with diagnostic dark patches on belly and underwing. © Sooty shearwater Pats rss = DISTRIBUTION: Nearest large population is in the Lengt 40-46cm Falkland Islands; very large numbers breed at islands Wingspan: 4=105
