02. Working site : Aqua Refinery Limited, Norshingdi.
03. Rental period : 1(one) month Minimum.
04. Monthly/30 days(240 hrs)rental : TK.32,00,000/-(Thirty two lacs)only.
05. Auxilary crane for assembly + disassembly at working site: user's account.
06. Operator Allowance : TK.3500/-(Three thousand five hundred)only per day 8
hours (User's account)
07. Mob + Demob cost by Barge : Tk.15,00,000/-User's account.
08. Mode of payment: Always in advance.

bb) EQUIPMENT: 80 Ton crawler crane.

01. Equipment : 80 Ton Crawler crane with 180 feet Boom.

02. Working site : Aqua Refinery Limited, Norshingdi
03. Rental period : 1(one) month minimum.
04. Monthly/30 days(240 hrs)rental : TK.13,00,000/-(Thirteen Lacs)only.
05. Auxilary crane for assembly + disassembly at working site: user's account.
06. Operator Allowance : Tk.2000/-(Two thousand)only per day 8 hours (User's
account)
07. Mob + Demob cost : Mob + demob cost on above SL No.7 subject both unit moved
at a time.
08. Mode of payment: Always in advance.

Terms and conditions all on above:

01. Normal working time : 0800 hrs-1700 hrs = 9 hrs including one hour break for lunch.
02. Working beyond normal working time : To be treated as over time.
03. Overtime working rate : To be claimed proportionately.
04. Delivery by owners : Shams Dock yard, Rupgonj, Narayangonj.
05. Re delivery by user's : Shams Dock yard, Rupgonj, Narayangonj.
06. Rental period to be count : From the delivery point & till return to delivery point.
07. Operator accommodation : User's account.
08. Fuel cost of running hours at working site : user’s account.
09.. Site change: Owners option, allowed then time & cost: User's account
10. Above price is excluding any tax & vat on our rental price.
11. Safety & security of Units : User's account
12. Fuel+Lubricant(running hour at working site): User's account
13. Holidays-Strikes-Rains : User's account
14. Offer commitment : Subject to availability during requirement.

Dear Sir,

Reference to your request and as per discussion with you for crane rental, we are
offering our 150 Ton KOBELCO CKL1350i the following terms.

Terms and condition:

1. The specification of the Crane: capacity: 150 Ton, manufacturer:

Kobelco, model- CKL 1350i, manufacturing year- 2014, boom length- 76.2
meter, fly jib- 30.5m, block 150t, 70t, 35t, 13.5t.

2. Rental of the crane is BDT 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lac) with

operator and helper per month and the minimum rental period is 2 (two)
month.

3. Accommodation of the operator and helpers will be in Lessee’s

scope.

4. Daily working hours will be from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM, nine hours
including 1 hour Lunch break based on 30 working days a month (5 hours
in Friday). Overtime will be charged at single rate pro-rata basis both for
equipment & operator-helpers.

5. Mobilization and demobilization cost of the crane will be paid by the

Lessee

6. One month full-payment has to be paid in advance. The monthly

rental payment of next months shall have to be made within first half i.e.
by 15 days of each month.
 7. Fuel will be supplied by the Lessee and required maintenance will
be in Lessor’s scope.

8. Upon taking delivery of the crane, it shall remain under Lessee’s

custody and responsibility for any theft, pilferage, damage to the
equipment during the period of Lease. The crane will be confined within
Project location and under no circumstances will allow any third party to
use the equipment or disclose particulars of the equipment.

9. Any breakdown of the equipment shall have to be informed the

lessor immediately of such occurrence and the Lessor shall be
responsible for repairing and service. The days of breakdown (more than
1 day) shall not be invoiced for by the Lessor.

10. The Lessor has the right to inspect the equipment at site as and
when feel necessary.

11. Both the Parties to the agreement shall give 7days prior notice before
return or withdrawal of the Equipment, as the case may be.

12. The Lessor reserves the right to withdraw the equipment by giving 7
days-notice in the event of any breach of contract by the Lessee or for any
emergency or for the requirement of self-use of Lessor.
