etc. have been mentioned on the application/letter written to the University for any
query. University will not accept any liability, in case, the application is received

- Please submit your assignments to your allotted tutor(s) only well before the due date. In
case of submission of assignments by hand to the tutors, make sure that the receipt (as
per specimen given in the Student Guide) is obtained from the concerned tutor. Please
note that the student is not eligible to appear in the Final Examinations, unless he/she
obtains required passing marks in the assignment’s component.
- The workshop is a compulsory component of the study for successful completion of the
course, in which attendance of the student is mandatory. Therefore, the students are
advised to complete this component seriously.
- The guidance on Academic Contents of the course/assignment may be sought from the
tutor at the Study Centre, during the tutorial meetings to be conducted as prescribed in
the Tutorial Schedule. As per policy, the Tutors/Regions will inform you about tutor’s
particulars and venue of Study Centre, however, in case of non-receipt of tutor’s
particulars atleast one week before the due date of submission of 1st assignment, you
should immediately contact the concerned Regional Office for obtaining the tutor’s
particulars/venue of study centre or dispatch your assignments to the concerned Region
under Registered Post alongwith request for provision of tutor’s particulars. The postal
receipt may be kept in your record till the successful declaration of result by the
Controller of Examination.

MOST IMPORTANT
ANY DISPUTE CONCERNING NON AVAILABILITY OF TUTOR PARTICULARS,
SUBMISSION OF ASSIGNMENTS AS PER UNIVERSITY’S SCHEDULE OR NONE
RETURN OF EVALUATED ASSIGNMENTS BY THE CONCERNED TUTORS BE
SETTLED BEFORE THE DECLARATION OF FINAL RESULT OF THAT
COURSE/SEMESTER. NO CLAIM WHAT SO EVER WILL BE ENTERTAINED
BY THE UNIVERSITY AFTER THIS PERIOD.
