AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into by _____________ as FIRST

PARTY and ____________________ as SECOND PARTY, whereby the
SECOND PARTY has agreed and committed to pay the FIRST PARTY the
total amount of FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 57,000) on
February 6, 2019.

Likewise, the SECOND PARTY has committed to sign a new

memorandum of agreement on February 4, 2019 to embody the new terms
and conditions of the new agreement and to shoulder the expenses of the
same in the amount of SIX THOUSAND PESOS (Php 6,000).

Failure to appear on February 4, 2019 for the execution of the new

agreement and failure to pay the FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php
57,000) on February 6, 2019 will make the whole THREE HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 357,000) due and demandable at once.
