AIM
Multi-Purpose Agri Cutter is designed mainly for
agricultural purposes.

OBJECTIVES
We are using the multi agricultural
cutter for cutting the crops, sugarcane, wooden materials
and etc. It consists of a motor and rotating disc arrangement
connected to a blade cutter. Thus the cutting process is carried
out through this machine.

WORKING PRINCIPAL
Multi-Purpose Agri Cutter is designed mainly for
agricultural purposes. We are using the multi agricultural cutter for
cutting the crops, sugarcane, wooden materials and etc. It
consists of a motor and rotating disc arrangement connected to a
blade cutter. Here we use an induction motor whose shaft is
coupled to a big size pulley connected to a rotating disc. The
rotating disc arrangement acts like a cam. The cutters are fixed to
the other end of the ram arrangement. When we switch ON the
machine the motor start to rotate the cam arrangement. Here the
rotary motion is converted in to the linear motion and cutter is
moved upward and downward repeatedly. Thus the cutting
process is carried out through this machine.

APPLICATION
 Multipurpose agri-cutter machine is a very useful device
which is very simple in construction.
 It is used to maintain and upkeep lawns in gardens, schools,
college's part etc.
 We have made some changes in the existing machine to
make its application easier at reduced cost.
 Our main aim in pollution control is attained through this.

CONCLUSION
The project on which we are working is working
with easy and efficient way. We able to fetch out the
wastage material from the multi-purpose cutter
machine.
