MOTION TO LIFT WARRANT OF ARREST

COMES NOW, accused, by herself, and unto this Honorable Court most respectfully
states:

That on May 19, 2017, the Honorable Court ordered the issuance of a warrant of arrest
and the forfeiture of against herein accused for her failure to appear on the scheduled
arraignment of the above-entitled cases

That the absence of herein accused on said date and hearing was due to the fact that she
was actually attending a Mediation conference on her other cases not knowing that her cases
before this Honorable Court were likewise scheduled on the same day for arraignment;

That it was only on May 29, 2017 that she received the Order of the Honorable Court for
her arrest;

That accused has no intention to delay the proceedings of these cases and her absence in the
said arraignment is solely because of the above-mentioned reason;

That accused requests for the Honorable Court’s kind indulgence and understanding as
well as that of the prosecution for her non-appearance and prays that the Order for her arrest be
recalled.
