AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME AND OPERATION

I, Edward S. Ponti, the undersigned is the Chief Operating

Officer (COO) of Topjuan Consulting Inc., a domestic corporation
duly organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the Republic of
the Philippines with office address at 8th Floor, IMET BPO,
Metropolitan Park, Bay Area, Roxas Blvd., Pasay City, DO HEREBY
CERTIFY:

1. That from February 2012 to December 2016, the

aforesaid corporation has no operation nor transaction of its
business.

2. That on the latest filed Income Tax Return for the year
2017, the business expenses are more than the business income,
hence, no taxable income was declared with the Bureau of Internal
Revenue (BIR).

3. As such, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth

of the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose it will serve.
