As part of diversification and expansion
policy, Kamal Group step into socks
business in year 2004 and thus the
Kamal Hosiery Mills emerged.
It’s a complete vertically integrated
organization with in-house yarn dyeing,
knitting and finishing facilities.
Kamal Hosiery Mills have 638 knitting
machines & have more then 1400
employees involved in round the clock
operations. KHM offers a wide range of
socks with various quality levels & price
points in line for all types of customers
including brands, retailers, specialty
stores etc.

• Kamal Linking department is equipped with
28 machines
• Linking Capacity 16,000 Dozen per Day
• Machine Includes Conti Complet/Rosso Italian
Machines
• At Kamal we had developed Smooth Rosso
technique similar to hand linking but
comparatively cost effective.

PROCESSING FACILITY
Kamal Processing department is equipped with 34
Dyeing/Bleaching, Tumble Dryers & Hydro Extractor
machines.
We can perform all types of dyeing/bleaching with
computerized color kitchen & year of expertise in
dying operations.
Kamal dye house can also perform all type of special
treatments like antimicrobial, moisture management
etc.

• Dye house contains Tupesa (Spain) & Poly Craft

machines

• Per month capacity is 450 to 490 Tons = 500K to

550K dozens

YARN DYEING FACILITY
Kamal Hosiery Mills is also self sufficient in yarn dying
and have established in house yarn dyeing facility,
where all type of yarns can be dyed/bleached
including Cotton, Coolmax, Bamboo, Modal, Acrylic, &
Filament Yarns like Nylon & Polyester.

Yarn dye house is outfitted with high tech dyed yarn

hydroextraction and Radio Frequency Dryers, plus
state of the art Yarn Winding, Soft Winding, Muff
Winding, Intermingling and Hank winding machines
are also part of yarn dying department.

Other then this we can also do in house Twisting & Air

Covering of yarns as per buyer needs & requirements.

TESTING LAB
Kamal Hosiery Mills have its own testing lab which is quipped with state of the art testing
equipment & perform all type of socks related testing under one roof. Lab technicians & staff are
trained by SGS testing experts.
All testing standards including ISO, AATCC, CAN, BS EN are being followed at Kamal Lab.

Following tests can be performed at Kamal lab
